Engineering the core of your product

Contour drawing of the telemetry controller board, showing its cellular module, coin cell, connectors and copper traces.

Processing, power, sensing and connectivity need to work together. We develop them around the same requirements, with the hardware and firmware teams involved from the start.

A clear path from requirements to hardware

Already have a specification, prototype or product in production? We can join at the stage where you need engineering support.

How We Work
  1. Line drawing of a system block diagram on a sheet — boxes joined by lines, one of them highlighted — with a pencil resting on it.
    01/04

    Define

Agree on the product requirements, constraints and engineering scope.

  2. Line drawing of a PCB design tool: the board layout in the centre, the project tree and layer list on the left, component properties and a 3D preview on the right.
    02/04

    Develop

Design the electronics and firmware around a shared system architecture.

  3. Line drawing of a bare circuit board, a pair of tweezers placing the first chip onto it.
    03/04

    Build & Validate

Bring up prototypes, measure their behaviour and resolve integration issues.

  4. Line drawing of a finished board sealed in an antistatic bag, a binder of board drawings and a small drive beside it.
    04/04

    Prepare the Handover

Deliver the agreed design files, source code and documentation for the next stage.

The people designing your system also work on the hardware

  • Product render of the RFID reader with its contactless-card symbol.

    Hardware and firmware expertise

Our in-house team develops both sides of the embedded system, so electrical decisions and software behaviour are considered together.

  • A laboratory for development and validation

Prototype assembly, board bring-up, measurements and debugging connect the design work to the behaviour of physical hardware.

  • A usable engineering handover

Your agreed deliverables can include schematics, PCB files, manufacturing outputs, firmware source and test documentation. Your product IP stays with you.
